The FY25 CoC NOFO Competition Local Application Process will open on Monday, November 24, 2025.  

The local competition deadline is Thursday, December 11, 2025, at 5:00 PM Central. Please click HERE for a detailed timeline of the competition.
All applicants must submit both the local application in SurveyMonkey and the HUD application in e-snaps by this deadline.

  • Evidence of Site Control which must be a deed or lease for new construction or rehabilitation costs, or purchase agreement for acquisition costs.
