Current CoC Funding Competition Details

IMPORTANT—12/08/25—the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has temporarily withdrawn the FY 2025 Continuum of Care (CoC) Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) (FR-6900-N-25) from Grants.gov, formally pausing the national funding opportunity. Click HERE to view HUD's notice.

Locally, we are proceeding with the local application timeline of Sunday, December 14th, 2025, at Midnight.

Since e-snaps is currently unavailable, Close to Home has developed an interim e-snaps application that includes historical application questions and a budget template. The deadline to submit the interim e-snaps application will be Wednesday, December 17, 2025, by 12:00 PM CST.

The FY25 CoC NOFO Competition Local Application Process opened on Monday, November 24, 2025.
