If you would like to become a Certified Skilled Assessor, you and your agency/organization staff must meet certain criteria prior to registering for the Homelink Orientation Training. *The form below is meant to be filled out by a supervisor to request a registration link to be emailed to their staff member(s). If you or your staff do NOT meet the criteria, you and your staff may still register for the Homelink Orientation Training and attend for INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES, but please note that at the end of the Homelink Orientation Training, you will NOT be certified.* |
