Systems for successWe collaborate with, listen to, and collect data from the housing and homeless community to accomplish sustainable outcomes for preventing and ending homelessness in San Antonio and Bexar County. As the local federally designated Continuum of Care agency, we coordinate data collection, funding, reporting, and advocacy for service agencies across our region to make progress towards our community goals to end homelessness. |
